Responsibilities:- Report to general manager and support general manager to improve the overall company business operations efficiency and effectiveness continuously- Lead and responsible for company-wide cross functional project management assigned by GM, until project official closure- Lead projects initiating when the cross-functional project does not have a responsive owner in the first 30-60 days (finish project definition and target agreement), then hand over to the defined project leader during the period- Work as Teambition core user and optimization active contributor- Other tasks assigned to support General Manager on daily work and new business opportunities- Potential candidate for company PMO (Project Management Officer)- CIP (Continuous Improvement Process)o Standardize process for cross-functional projectso Continuously optimize exist processeso Define escalation process for projectso Any other improvement opportunitiesRequirement:- 10 years working experience, prefer in manufacturing or supply chain or other related working area- Bachelor’s degree or above in technical engineering related majors, e.g., industry engineering- Proactive, down to earth, open-minded- Good at data analysis- Is a team leader- Problem analyzing and solving skills- Good sense of responsibility and necessary professionalism, able to work in high stress.- Team oriented (information sharing, experience exchange, help with troubleshooting)- Can interact effectively at all levels in the organization and culturally diverse people, able to drive, manage and influence people and the problem-solving process- Is a learner- CAN DO spirit- Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)- ERP system experience is a plus- Lean knowledge is a plus- Experience in MNC is a plus
