职位描述:
responsibilities:
1、plan, monitor value quality control and quality improvement activities to make sure to meet lear and customer requirements,and make sure customer satisfaction.
2、ensures products and service meet customer‘s quality requirements, including set up and achievement of organizational quality target, establishment and implementation of corrective and preventive action, and quality continuous improvement.
3、analyzes and solves quality issues from customer, and provides feedback to customer.
4、coordinates for advance product quality planning process, review and approve ppap documents submitted, to ensure all project advance development meet customer‘s quality requirements.
5、be responsible daily quality management and performance tracking. participate in problem solving in value stream and corrective action and verify the implementation.
6、monitor and keep the implementation of quality control system in all over value stream, control, analyze and consolidate quality data and provide improvement proposal to make sure process continuous improvement in quality.
7、supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that performance review, succession planning and other hr programs are implemented.
quaqualification:
1. bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering or related field preferred.
2. 5 years work experience in quality related function, with at least 2 years in management position, automotive industry experience preferred.
3. quality system knowledge (ts16949, control plan, fmea, spc, msa, ppap, customer specific system request, etc.)
4. related product and process knowledge (e.g. harness、connector, terminal etc.)
5. six sigma/ lean manufacturing.
6. good oral and written chinese and english.
