职位描述：
electrical design of the injection moulding machines with urs specifications, benchmark and considering the best optimized approach in terms of cost and quality. design of drawings and boms, just in time and costs.
main responsibilities:
1) design of injection molding machine based on prototype and market benchmark requirements and solutions, creation of new solutions, optimization of standard, purchased parts etc., create circuit diagram.
根据原型机和市场标杆的要求和方案设计注塑机，创建新的解决方案，优化标准件和外购件等, 创建电气原理图。
2) creation of technical documentation of the machine design (material number, boms, etc.).
创建机器设计的技术文档（物料号，bom等）。
3) design processing and change management (release of diagram, boms, change numbers).
设计流程和修改管理（释放原理图，bom，修改号）。
4) research and development of new solutions based on standard design and demands from the local market.

5) provides technical supports to other departments/给其他部门提供技术支持:
5.1) assist operation department to handle the technical problems (assembly and commissioning).
支持运营团队的处理技术问题(电气装配和调试)。
5.2) assist quality department by creation of quality report standards and by approving of special cases.
支持质量部门创建质量标准和特殊放行。
5.3) assist purchase department by creation of new suppliers, delivery specs and localization.
支持采购部门创建新的供应商，交货规范以及国产化。
5.4) assist project department by creation of engineering concept, quote and project plan.
支持项目部创建工程概念，报价和项目计划。
5.5) assist service department by definition of spare parts and other service relevant issues.
支持技术服务部定义备品备件和其他服务问题。
5.6) assist other departments by their needs (hr, marketing, sales, controlling).

6) administrate (self-management, reporting of hours, etc.).

qualifications:
1) bachelor's degree, major in electrical engineering or relative
2) more than 3 years working experience in relative industry are a minimum, desired are more than 5 years working experience. knowledge in injection moulding or related area and experience in design engineering is a wish.
3) abilities: innovative, creative/ sense for implantation/ thinking out of the box
4) eng. and technology: knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
5) technic: knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
6) design: knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and symbols in the environment of any circuit diagram.
7) production and processing: knowledge of electrical components, automation and control cabinet production.
8) mathematics: knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics and their applications.
9) pc abilities: elcad or eplan, sap and ms office.
10) knowledge in plastic machinery industry.
11) good communication skills in chinese
12) good communication skills english (oral and written), cet-4
