职位描述：
responsibilities:
order release and follow up
1.purchase production materials according to mrp result;
2.po release and follow up to ensure timely delivery,
3.additional transportation cost control ;
raw material inventory control
4.safety stock& buffer stock setting and updating;control the incoming material by using “call up “concept
5.ecn material & non-conforming material handling;
supplier management :
6.supplier key performance indicators measure and improvement.
7.supplier lead time management and quality issue pushing.
8.define the incoterm with supplier and maintain the mater data into sap .
project interface
to be the interface between internal &external for material supply ;as the leader ,helps operative manager to
coach and push team to reach department target
requirements:
1. familiar with sap mm model and machinery working background is needed.
2. fluent spoken english and written english ability,communicate with oversea supplier & terms negotication skill
3. strong communication skills and supplier management skill.
4. positive and strong execution ability
